About

Paul was born in 1967 and started drawing cartoons and caricatures from a very young age.

At university he studied TV Production where his interest in caricature got him a job at the Spitting Image workshop, working on the design and modeling of puppets for the hit TV show.

Since 1995 he has worked as a freelance caricaturist and illustrator and his work has appeared in The Guardian, The New Statesman and Punch.

He has worked in advertising and is the character designer for Jonathan Crisp. In 2005 Paul was nominated for a D&AD award for his crisp packet illustrations.

He has also worked for many corporate clients as a live caricaturist in Britain and Europe.
